Do I need a subscription?
For eConsent Web, yes, once your trial ends. Web Standard is $20 a month and includes 400 certificates; each certificate after that is 5¢. Every account starts with $25 in free credit and no credit card, which covers about 500 certificates. eConsent Voice is pay per event from your wallet.
What happens when I run out of credit?
Events pause until you add more funds, unless you enable auto-recharge. We never surprise you with a bill. You can also set a hard spending cap.
Can I use Web and Voice together?
Yes. Both products share one wallet and one dashboard. You only pay for the events you actually consume across both products.
What does the $25 starting credit cover?
Every new account gets $25 in credit with no credit card. Web certificates draw 5¢ each from it, so it covers about 500, and Voice events draw at their standard rates. Unused starting credit expires 60 days after sign-up unless you have added funds to your wallet.
