eConsent offers four tiers designed to scale with your business:

All plans include consent certificate generation, session replay capture, API access, and up to 7 years of retention with S3 Object Lock COMPLIANCE mode. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime.
What is a Retention?
A retention is a stored consent certificate. Each time eConsent captures a consent event and generates a certificate, it counts as one retention. Certificates are stored for up to 7 years in immutable, tamper-proof storage.
Overage Pricing
If you exceed your plan’s included retentions, additional certificates are billed at volume-based rates:
- 1,000 - 9,999: $0.12 per certificate
- 10,000 - 49,999: $0.09 per certificate
- 50,000+: $0.064 per certificate
Wallet-Based Billing for Integrations
eConsent uses a wallet system for integration add-ons. Fund your wallet from the dashboard, and charges are deducted per use:

Verification API Pricing
Certificate verification via API is available as pay-as-you-go or at volume tiers:
- Pay-as-you-go: $0.015 per check
- 10,000 - 49,999 checks: $0.008 per check
- 50,000+ checks: $0.006 per check
Session Replay
Session replay is included in all plans at no additional cost. Every consent certificate includes a full recording of the consumer’s interaction with your page.
How Billing Works
- Plans are billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle
- Overages are calculated and billed at the end of each cycle
- Wallet-based integration charges are deducted in real time as they are used
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard
- No contracts — cancel anytime
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards. For Enterprise and High Volume plans, we can accommodate invoicing and ACH payments.
