Organizations
Organizations in eConsent allow you to manage multiple brands, clients, or business units from a single account. Each organization operates as an isolated environment with its own data, properties, billing, users, and integrations.
Organization isolation
Section titled “Organization isolation”Every organization is a fully isolated environment. Data never crosses organization boundaries.
| Resource | Isolation |
|---|---|
| Properties | Each org has its own set of properties and domains |
| Sessions & Certificates | Consent data is scoped to the organization that captured it |
| Users & Roles | Team members are invited per organization with independent permissions |
| Billing & Wallet | Usage tracking and wallet balances are separate per organization |
| Integrations | API tokens, enabled integrations, and configuration are per organization |
| Retention settings | Auto-retention mode and quotas are configured independently |
