Organizations

Organizations in eConsent allow you to manage multiple brands, clients, or business units from a single account. Each organization operates as an isolated environment with its own data, properties, billing, users, and integrations.

Every organization is a fully isolated environment. Data never crosses organization boundaries.

Users who belong to multiple organizations can switch between them instantly without logging out.

  2. Select the target organization from the dropdown.

All dashboard views, properties, certificates, and billing reflect the currently selected organization. There is no cross-organization view at the standard user level.

eConsent uses role-based access control (RBAC) scoped to each organization. A user’s role determines what they can view and modify within that organization.

The invited user receives an email with a link to join the organization. If they already have an eConsent account, the organization is added to their account. If not, they are prompted to create one.

From the Settings > Team page you can:

  • Change a member’s role. Click the role badge next to their name and select a new role.
  • Remove a member. Click the remove icon to revoke their access to the organization.
  • Resend an invite. If an invite has not been accepted, click resend to send a new email.

Each organization maintains its own usage tracking and wallet balance. There is no shared billing across organizations.

  3. Find Meta Lead Ads and toggle it on or off.
  4. If enabling, follow the setup flow to connect your Meta Business account.
