All plans include access to the full eConsent platform: consent tracking, certificate generation, session replay, the Verification API, the Whitelist Inspector, and the dashboard. The Free plan is rate-limited; PAYG and Enterprise are not.

Volume rates apply automatically once your monthly event count crosses the threshold. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom rates below the published volume tiers.

Billing and wallet

eConsent uses a wallet-based billing system powered by Stripe.

• Start free. Every account receives $25 in credit and a monthly free tier.
• Pay as you go. Once free credits and monthly free events are exhausted, events draw from your wallet at the standard PAYG rate.
• Auto-recharge. Set a minimum balance threshold and a recharge amount. When your wallet drops below the threshold, it is automatically topped up via your payment method on file.
• Hard cap. Optionally reject events once your wallet or monthly spending cap is reached.
• Transaction history. View all charges, top-ups, and usage in the dashboard under Billing > Transactions.

Managing your wallet

1. Navigate to Billing > Wallet in your dashboard at app.econsent.org.
2. Click Add Funds and enter the amount to add.
3. To enable auto-recharge, set a minimum balance threshold and reload amount under Billing > Settings.
