All plans include access to the full eConsent platform: consent tracking, certificate generation, session replay, the Verification API, the Whitelist Inspector, and the dashboard. Plans differ primarily in the number of included retentions per month.

Retention overage

If you exceed your plan’s included retentions in a given month, overage charges apply:

Overage rates decrease at higher volumes. You can configure overage alerts in the dashboard under Settings > Retention to receive email notifications before exceeding your quota.

These are billed per-use when you enable the corresponding integration in the dashboard.

Note

Third-party integration costs are charged against your wallet balance. Ensure your wallet has sufficient funds or enable auto-recharge to avoid service interruptions.

Billing and wallet

eConsent uses a wallet-based billing system powered by Stripe.

• Auto-recharge. Set a minimum balance threshold and a recharge amount. When your wallet drops below the threshold, it is automatically topped up via your payment method on file.
• Grace periods. If your wallet balance reaches zero, a configurable grace period allows continued service while you add funds.
• Transaction history. View all charges, top-ups, and overages in the dashboard under Billing > Transactions.

Managing your wallet

1. Navigate to Billing > Wallet in your dashboard at app.econsent.org.
2. Click Add Funds and enter the amount to add.
3. To enable auto-recharge, set a minimum balance threshold and reload amount under Billing > Settings.
